Firsts win two in a row - on a record-breaking weekend CCs three teams scored 775 runs - with 125s for both Gian and Ryan and a mammoth 261 for the 3rd wicket there was a celebratory mood at Shaw's Bridge on Saturday. Especially as three of the second eleven scored over 50.

Seconds have strong start to the year - two wins over the sides demoted last year make a great start to the seconds season under new Captain Mark Linder.

Gian and Ryan fly in !! Our firsts are strengthened by the arrival of two top players for the 2008 season, Gian has wintered at home in New Zealand and Ryan was in America studying - they are looking forward to the first League game against Cregagh on Saturday.

Nets upgrade completed - the upgrade to the lower nets has been completed and it looks pretty good - pix to follow. Nets there on Thursday nights.
