Your continued support is valued, and I would like to thank all the parents
last year who helped in various ways. In particular I would appreciate
any parent who can help with transport to away matches to make themselves
known to me as it is difficult for club members to help sometimes.
Child Protection Policy
I would ask that you
read the Child Protection Policy carefully. If an emergency crops up and
you cannot collect your child from a match or practice at the arranged
time to ring Ian Rutledge or Graeme Pollock on their mobiles. Ian Rutledge
is the 'designated person' if required.
Helmet Consent Form
It is ECB policy for all young players to wear a helmet, if this form
is not completed we will insist on the young player wearing a helmet when
batting, or keeping wicket standing up to the stumps.
Code of Conduct for Parents/ Guardians
Please read this and adhere to it, this is so your child can enjoy their
Cricket.
Youth Membership
We would encourage any newcomers, or anyone of any ability to come along
to the club to see if they enjoy it. If you missed last season because
of the weather please try again this season, or if you know of anyone
interested they are most welcome. The subscription for the season is £10
for youth players and £20 for any player who plays Saturday club cricket,
with the limit on a household of £20. If you have any queries please do
not hesitate to contact Ian
Rutledge.
