Welcome to Cooke Collegians Cricket Club, Belfast.

We are a small, friendly club in South Belfast. We have two adult teams playing in The Northern Cricket Union (NCU) and two youth teams playing in the Under 11 and Under 13 leagues.

In the 2015 season, the 1st XI secured promotion back to Ulster Bank League Section 2 - the third tier of NCU cricket. As well as the 50 over league programme, we will also be competing in the Junior Cup and T20 Shield.

Our 2nd XI will again be competing in Junior League 5 (35 overs) and also the Lindsay (Minor) Cup.

Youth cricket is headed by the legendary Billy ‘Bumper’ Dale and is held every Thursday evening from 6:30pm throughout the season. It includes Kwik Cricket, Junior Coaching and competitive matches for boys and girls between 8-13 years old’s.

We are based at Shaw’s Bridge in South Belfast, one of the best multi-sport venues in Belfast, hosting rugby, football, hockey and of course cricket!  The complex has 2 pitches, ‘Lower or SBL’ runs alongside ‘The Lagan Tow Path’ and is used for 1st XI and representative matches and is regarded as one of the best batting wickets in the Union. ‘Upper or SBU’ is primarily used for Junior and youth matches. As well as good net facilities, we also have a large clubhouses with bar, function room and gym.

Adult net practice taking place every Tuesday evening throughout the season from 6.30pm. New players, of all abilities, young and old are very welcome.
